A Message From Our Founder | |
| Intro: | "I can't tell you how many times God has impacted my life while chasing adventures in the middle of His amazing creation. There is something incredible that happens when we encounter the majesty of a waterfall or the thrill of a mountaintop or the vastness of a swampland. Like a sculpture reveals a Sculptor so creation reveals a Creator. And in that moment God's quiet creations scream loudly the glory of an Almighty God. I'm so excited to be a part of Going The Distance Adventure Ministry... to be a part of introducing adventurers of all levels to the evidence of God. And as we journey into God's playground, I get the privilege of sharing in some of the most fun activities with people from all walks of life. Focus, Freedom, Fun, Fellowship, and Faith are what you can expect from every adventure we embark on. Without Jesus we would just be a lot of empty aimless actions, but with Him we are a thriving, joyful, abundant, free, purposeful ministry. I love being a part of a ministry team completely devoted to Him! It is my hope that we challenge everyone we encounter to view the Christian lifestyle for what it really is: the greatest adventure known to man, and I hope we inspire each participant to know Jesus for who He really is: the meaning of life." |
