Sweat Drop Rating |
- SWEAT DROP SCALE - | ||||
The GTD Sweat Drop Scale is our way of assessing the physical fitness demands an activity may require from an average participant in good health. It is a subjective estimate of how difficult an event may be and the amount of physical activity that may be required in order to participate. It is always best to consult a physician if you have any questions or health concerns. GTD rates all events on a scale of 1-5 Sweat Droplets. | ||||
